Location.

My piece needs to be dark and create an intense atmosphere. The reasoning for this is to capture the dramatic moments created through the action onscreen. After doing some research into surrounding locations I have came across one brilliant location. In the surrounding countryside there is an abandoned army training camp. Without knowing this you would think its a derelict factory. The place meets the conventions of the thriller genre brilliantly. There place hasn't been inhabitable for the last 30 years or so which has allowed the location to slowly decay. Due to it being an army camp previously I will need to contact the local council to check availability and ensure my safety.
